WOW! $6 BILLION STIMULUS NEXT WEEK!
$2000 4th Stimulus Check Update Unemployment Stimulus PUA SSI
Japanese citizens that previously lived in America are receiving $1,400 stimulus checks from President Biden’s most recent stimulus package, even though they are ineligible for the funds.
According to reporter Asahi Shimbun: “The recipients, noncitizens who once lived in America but left a long time ago, posted online that they were surprised to receive stimulus checks from the U.S. Treasury.”
The IRS explained: “those who are living outside the U.S. in 2021 no longer qualify to get the checks, which are sent out based on incomes claimed on tax returns to U.S. citizens and residents.”
They also stated: “foreign nationals overseas who received the checks should void them and send them back.”
With so many stimulus check issues for millions of Americans, it’s frustrating to see disaster relief funds distributed to people that aren’t eligible for the funds instead of the people that need them the most.
Meanwhile, the Treasury Department announced earlier today that they have sent out over $6 billion in stimulus funds to renters and landlords across America.
