A recent study from Vox and Data for Progress (DFP) shows that Americans are still in need of disaster relief funds, and are concerned about their stimulus checks going to a wrong account.

60% of people polled still support another round of stimulus checks for $1,400, but are concerned that their stimulus funds will be sent to a wrong account and not the “right people.”

Also, 60% of people agreed with the statement: “Checks should be phased out based on income so higher income people receive less money.”

51% of people support automatic stabilizers that: “automatically trigger more spending on programs like unemployment insurance or SNAP if the economy experiences a contraction.”

I’m with the majority of Americans here, as we still need more stimulus checks and disaster relief funds to help us get through this mess and back to some kind of normal.
