If there’s one thing I’ve learned from 35 years of owning countless businesses, it’s how to structure a busy day. In other words, it’s important to delegate different tasks for different times of the day. Our busy work days are often dictated by what’s on the itinerary, but maybe that’s just not how your brain works.
If there’s a deadline for a task coming up and you need to get it done but, judging off your energy levels, you’ll be better off doing this other task. These are the kinds of things you need to take into consideration. Focus on your day and where your energy is, along with your creativity and your analytic brain, and really think about how you can schedule your days moving forward.

How to Start Your Morning
Generally speaking, we all wake up in good spirits and high energy. I know that might be hard to believe, but try it. Get a good night’s rest and then jump out of bed and get yourself moving around.
