If you rely heavily on foot traffic in your store, office, or restaurant, consider using social media to drive people to learn about your business and make them aware of what is available to them.

Each platform can be used strategically to encourage engagement from different audiences.

1. Create Conversations Around Your Brand

Social media has the power to get your brand noticed by people more easily.

Concentrate on growing your audience by creating content to start a conversation that surrounds your brand.

Ask questions and respond to those answers to shift the focus on making them feel valued as a customer earning good feedback from your brand.

For example, ask for feedback about your products or give shout-outs to customers or other brands you collaborate with.

Consider Q&A polls about recent events or about some of your products.
