ALL 50 STATES PAID! Unemployment Extension NEW UPDATE $300 FPUC PUA Unemployment Benefits Stimulus
Upwards of 8,000 citizens in the great state of Wisconsin have signed up for a new secure messaging service from the Department of Workforce Development.
The new program includes the ability to talk directly with claims specialists, sign up for text notifications, securely upload documents, and also features a more user-friendly interface for mobile devices.
According to a DWD spokesperson, “7,600 people have signed up for text notifications and secure messaging since the launch.”
This sounds like a great service to help unemployed Wisconsinites with more tools to find employment, and I hope that similar systems are rolled out across America soon.
Meanwhile, the great state of Kansas is looking to upgrade their outdated unemployment system, following countless errors and glitches over the past 12 months when residents needed these funds the most.
With $37.5 million earmarked for a full system upgrade, the Sunshine State is looking to enhance decades old systems with a much needed makeover.
