$2000 STIMULUS CHECKS DAY 1 Second Stimulus Check
Here’s your daily stimulus check, your second stimulus check, your executive action, executive order, memorandums, moratoriums, and stimulus package update for Wednesday, January 13th, 2021.
A recent report from the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy found that another round of stimulus checks for $2,000 would be a “significant impact” for 60% of America.
According to the report: “This group, with projected incomes below $65,000 in 2020, would see an average income increase of 11 percent by a $2,000 payment, compared to about 3 percent by the $600 payment.
The study continues: “The difference would be even more dramatic for the poorest 20 percent, those with projected incomes of less than $21,300 in 2020. They would see their income increase by about 29 percent by the $2,000 payment, compared to 8 percent by the $600 payment.”
So Congress, if you’re listening, here’s your daily reminder to listen to the economists and tax experts, and finally deliver us the $2,000 stimulus checks that would do so much good for millions of Americans.
Meanwhile, the Washington Post is reporting that we could see President-Elect Joe Biden’s stimulus plan as soon as tomorrow.
